How do I Contact Siena?

Open communication is important and we encourage you to contact Roger, Stephen or any member of our team:

Siena Wealth Advisors, 11973 Sweetwater Drive, Grand Ledge, Michigan  48837,

Does Siena Offer insurance products?

No. With limited exception, we offer no insurance-based products like annuities or cash value life insurance.

What are some of the hidden fees that siena avoids?

Unlike a brokerage firm, we do not accept commissions, loads or bonuses of any kind.  This approach means you avoid paying commissions or bonuses hidden in earnings and transactions.  To avoid conflicts of interest, Siena utilizes no load, no commission and surrender penalty free investments.  Our advisory fees are based on a percentage of assets under management and are fully disclosed (to the penny).

Can Siena help me Roll Over my Employer Retirement Plan Assets when I retire Or change jobs?

Yes. There are two types of rollovers: direct and indirect. A direct rollover is paid from your plan directly to your IRA or to your new employer’s retirement plan. The funds are never payable to you. An indirect (60-day) rollover is a payment made to you that you later roll over to an IRA or an employer retirement plan.1 When you request a distribution from your employer’s 401(k), 403(b), or governmental 457(b) plan that’s eligible for rollover, you’ll receive a statement describing the tax rules applicable to your distribution and your rollover options. Please contact Siena to assist you in determining if a rollover is right for you.

Where are my investments held?

All investments are held at a major U.S. brokerage firm, typically Fidelity Investments or Charles Schwab.  Siena never takes custody of client assets.

Am I required to liquidate my taxable assets to be a siena client?

No. Most assets can be transferred in-kind then gradually  through a tax-managed process your assets would be re-allocated using institutional investments.

I live outside of Michigan, can i still be a client of siena?

Yes. Siena has clients across the United States and Canada.

How do i become a client of Siena?

The first step is to contact us for a private meeting to discuss your objectives and determine how we can best work with you.  There is no charge for this initial meeting and analysis.  Further, there is no obligation. You will find our efficient, research-based approach to be informative and helpful, regardless if you choose to work with us.
